pfrctl analytics: privacy policy

Last updated 25 October 2026

pfrctl analytics is an internal tool run by Pablo Fernandez (pablofdezruiz@gmail.com) for his own websites. Only its owner signs in to it, and it only reads data of his own Google accounts.

Google user data it accesses

  • Google Search Console, read-only: search performance (clicks, impressions, positions, queries, pages, countries), sitemaps and indexing of the owner’s properties.
  • Google Ads, read-only use of Keyword Planner: keyword ideas and search volumes. It does not read or change campaigns, billing or payment data.

How it is used

Only to produce reports and alerts for the owner about his own websites. The data is not sold, not shared with anyone, not used for advertising and not used to train any AI model. The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and retention

The credentials are kept encrypted on the owner’s computer and server. Report data is fetched when a report is made and kept only in the owner’s own reports and email. To revoke access, remove pfrctl analytics at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
